Proyecto de Cimentación y Estructura de hotel y zona de aparcamiento para más de 15000 coches y 25 autobuses, para el Students Sport Club en Al Talaba – Bagdad (Irak).
Las plantas elípticas variables en altura del hotel, le proporcionan su imagen característica con una piel metálica exterior a modo de muro cortina.
La estructura cuenta con dos núcleos rígidos formados por pantallas de hormigón armado en ambos extremos de la planta sin soportes intermedios, de forma que toda la zona central del edificio queda exenta. Los forjados se resuelven con vigas armada de sección en doble T, con lues de 24.00m.
